Hi, I’m Shannon (they/he)

I’m a 2/5 splenic manifestor on a mission to activate and initiate others to step into their full Self and Truth. I believe in the power of embracing the FULLNESS of yourself and the expansive liberation that this embrace has to offer. This embrace has brought me a life full or creativity, joy, empowerment, and so, so much more. In addition to my offerings here, some of my other favorite ways to express my unique Artist and Creator power are as a poet, musician, dancer, and amateur photographer.

In my work, I support people in deconstructing their current experience and any past conditioning, programming, and belief systems that they have acquired throughout their life up until now. I empower them through their process of reconnecting with who they have always been; that is, who they were before taking on all of these accumulations, and guide them in rebuilding and integrating more supportive habits, perspectives, practices, and belief systems to live in alignment with their true Self.

With a professional background in western medicine as a Doctor of Pharmacy, and a personal journey of auto-immune healing, I have directly experienced the role of, and more importantly, the limitations of, these medicalized approaches to dis-ease (or misalignment). I have found that one of the core pillars to true, lasting change, in any aspect of our experience, whether that be, health, relationships. or professional fulfillment, is through a deep, authentic mind-body connection. It is by bringing ourselves back into alignment with our Truth that facilitates these breakthroughs and transformations.

We are our own medicine.

My current expertises include: trauma-informed breathwork facilitation, somatic therapies, Human Design and Gene Keys integrations, LGBTQ+ support, intuitive coaching, transformational change facilitation, mindfulness and meditation teaching, and authentic leadership development.

My guidance will allow you to be fully held and seen in your wholeness on your personal journey within.
